3.00 rating BabyAge.com will not accept returns, even if size is WAY too big and never on child! Mom of 18 month old March 14, 2012 I ordered this product through amazon.com, but it came from one of their "partners," BabyAge.com. At the same time, I ordered a similar item from amazon.com itself. When the sleepsacks arrived, they are WAY too big for an 18 month old child, and I would think them more appropriate for a three year old. I could tell as soon as I opened the package, so I never put it on my child. amazon.com accepted the return immediately. BabyAge.com took a week to get back to me and then said they don't accept returns. Really? Perhaps they should make that VERY clear on the Policies section. When I checked the item again on this website, there was no mention of a NO RETURNS ACCEPTED policy. I'm sure it's a fine product for a much larger child, but don't spend your money with BabyAge.com unless you know exactly what you are getting and whether you can return it if it is defective or otherwise not what you wanted.
